5 Best Online Vintage Furniture Stores Near Los Angeles

Let’s face it – One of the best ways to add instant charm to your home is through the careful selection of high impact vintage accents. There is something so special about pieces that have a story to tell. Wether it’s a timeworn finished chair or a quirky instrument of the past, antique accents can be added to most interiors for a great high impact focal point and a fun conversation starter.

The 5 Best Online Vintage Furniture Stores Near Los Angeles are:

Furnishly: The team behind this startup curates listings from all over the web and organizes their findings by City and State. You can also start up a store of your own and sell pieces. I found this awesome vintage tea cart and the seller is in Burbank.

Refurbished Bart Cart

Kamaren’s Favorite Find from Furnishly – This Cool Refurbished Bar Cart for only $90. From Queen B Vintage Studio Store, Burbank.

Chairish: This is a relatively new site and it’s fantastic. Lots of selection and the curators who scout out and approve products for listings all seem to have a great eye. You can buy, and list products and the best thing is that you can choose only to browse Los Angeles listings so pick ups, sans shipping fees are always an option.

fluted and tufted hot pink storage ottoman

Kamaren’s Favorite Pick from Chairsh.com is this fluted and tufted hot pink storage ottoman. $529 or better offer.

Tini: AKA This is Not IKEA — I had a hard time leaving this site. There are so many fun things to browse for from accents to art and furniture and lighting. This site’s pieces are not as polished as some of the other site’s, but it has a true flea market vibe where you can shop and find amazing things, and the prices are great!

Antique Wooden Crates

Kamaren’s Pick from Tini – These rustic storage crates – only $55 each! Add castors to the bottom for mobile storage. We’ve seen similar new products for near $300 a piece.

Super cool vintage pin ball machine "Hi Lo Ace" for $895.

Honorable mention piece found online at Tini. Super cool vintage pin ball machine “Hi Lo Ace” for $895.

Surfing Cowboys: I LOVE this store! Growing up in Southern California, I would be proud to display many of the finds displayed at Surfing Cowboys in Mar Vista, CA. From old flags and signs to sofas to vintage skate and surfboards one can get lost in time perusing this site. Some of the items have a heavy hitting price tag, but when a designer talks about High Impact Cali Vintage Style, this is it and somethings are visually worth the price!

Awesome c1930s surf board.

Kamaren’s Pick from Surfing Cowboys – Awesome c1930s surf board. $1200 Just knowing that there were guys out there surfing around the time of speakeasies and the great depression makes me so happy!

Ruby Lane: Okay, so they are not truly local, but their head quarters are in San Francisco and they ship products from all over the US and shipping prices seem to be pretty good. I bought a 3 piece porcelain art deco mantle piece set while browsing – the collection was around $40 and the shipping was $15 from South Carolina. So, not bad! Ruby Lane is one of the largest aggregator sites that posts antiques from over 2,000 sellers, and their focus is on traditional, “Antiques Roadshow” style items.

Pair of 19th Century French Antiques Benches

Kamaren’s favorite find from Ruby Lane – this Pair of 19th Century French Antique Benches. So hard to find benches in this size – just 8″ deep and 18″ high – perfect for end of bed, entry or hall. $1580, but you can make a better offer. These benches were actually used in France, c. 1890. Made of solid walnut.

I’m Kamaren and just like Sherlock Holmes I solve cases. Instead of crime, it’s interior design. Creating beautiful well edited living spaces is what I do best and I LOVE seeing concepts turn to reality. I blog to share my work, fabulous finds, and the things I am passionate about that make me happy and fulfilled. Please explore, enjoy and connect with me.
