Space Case Design was enlisted to remodel the interior of this 4000 square foot Spanish Mediterranean home in Palos Verdes. CA. We worked with the home owners to ensure that through the renovation, their taste for clean lines and contemporary feeling spaces would come forward.
We remodeled the kitchen from scratch as well as the fireplaces, three bathrooms and a residential elevator. The kitchen is fit for a chef and includes a butler’s pantry, huge fridge, beverage drawers, oversized range and additional ovens. The island stone is a long grained quartz and we chose to waterfall the stone over the ends of the island to accentuate its beautiful long lines. Marbles and other special stones were used throughout all the bathrooms including the powder bath off the living room which features an uncut artistic leather stone slab wall and etite Ronbow vanity.
Interior walls and ceilings where striped of their moldings, patched and repainted in a clean white palette so that the owners art collection and whimsical accents would be impactful in the setting.
